All orders placed Monday through Friday will ship out within 1-2 business day. All orders placed over the weekend will ship out on the following Monday.
Delivery time for orders is calculated based on processing time plus shipping time:
Standard Ground Shipping (Arrives 2-8 Business Days)
2-Day Shipping (Arrives in 2 to 3 Business Days)
Standard Overnight (Arrives in 1 to 2 Business Days)
* Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 1-2 days.

If after the additional waiting period you still have not received your package, please contact us with the option that suits you best: a refund for the order, or a reshipment after confirming your shipping address. If an item is out of stock, we will offer a refund for that item and proceed with the shipment of the items available.
