What should I do if I haven't received my package as per the tracking information?Updated a year ago
We understand the concern when a package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived. We recommend waiting an additional range of days as sometimes tracking may show as delivered prematurely. In the meantime, check with neighbors, doormen, or in garages, as carriers sometimes leave packages there. If after the additional waiting period you still have not received your package, please contact us with the option that suits you best: a refund for the order, or a reshipment after confirming your shipping address. If an item is out of stock, we will offer a refund for that item and proceed with the shipment of the items available.
