While we do not offer direct exchanges, you can return your item and make a new purchase for the desired size or product. For returns, you can choose between a refund (minus a prepaid flat rate shipping label cost and non-refundable original shipping fees), a store credit issued via e-mail after the return is delivered, or you can repurchase your new item immediately using the 'Shop Now' feature. Coupon codes and reward points may not be applicable in certain cases. Please allow some time after the return is delivered to receive the new items or store credit.
