What options are available when exchanging sizes or returning a product?Updated a month ago
If the customer asks to exchange an order, the response should be:
- While we do not offer direct exchanges, you can return your item and make a new purchase for the desired size or product.
Outcome:
- Give the customer 3 Return options:
1. Refund: Receive a refund to your original payment method (minus a handling and shipping fee).
2. Store Credit: Receive a full credit for the item’s purchase price to use on a future order.
3. Shop Now (Recommended): Use your return credit immediately to purchase a new size or style. If your new selection exceeds the credit amount, you'll simply pay the difference at checkout. Your new order will be processed as soon as the carrier scans your return.
Note: Coupon codes and reward points cannot be applied to the Shop Now option.
