Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order after it has been placed?Updated a month ago

Need to Edit or Cancel Your Order? We Get It!

We know things change! That's why we've made it simple to manage your order right after checkout.

You have a 30-minute window immediately after placing your order to make edits or cancel it yourself.

Here’s how to do it:
  1. Check your inbox for your Order Confirmation email.
  2. Click the link to "View or Manage Order". You may need to log into your account.
  3. From there, you can:
  • Cancel the entire order.
  • Add or remove items (Note: If you change the items, you will be prompted to pay any new balance before confirming the edit).
  • Change the shipping address.

After the 30-minute window, the order is already being processed by our warehouse, and we cannot make any changes.
What if it's too late? Don't panic! You have two simple options:
  1. Refuse the Delivery: Simply tell the carrier that you are refusing the package upon delivery. It will be sent back to us for a full refund.
  2. Return it: Once the package arrives, use our hassle-free return portal here
